The Flux Cored Wire is used to restore parts exposed to difficult temperature and deformation conditions under cyclic and thermal effect. First of all, these parts are the hot and cold cutting knives, rollers, bandages, equipment for production of rings and bearings. It is also used for flux surfacing of metal forms, crystallizer rollers and other parts that occasionally come into contact with liquid metal (cast iron and aluminum alloys), surfacing of plungers of powerful hydraulic presses, exposed to abrasion wear and corrosion, surfacing of cylinders and other components of tube mill machinery and section rolling equipment, impellers, bushings, discs, mine lining sheets etc.
